1. Click the START menu.

2. Open the "Control Panel".

3. Open "Folder Options" and select the "View" tab.

4. Select "Show hidden files and folders".

5. Un-check "Hide protected operating system files".

6. In the warning message you receive, click "Yes".

7. Click "OK".

8. Close the Control Panel.

9. Right-click on the START Menu

10. Click EXPLORE Look for:

• Local Disc (C:)
• Documents and Settings
• All Users
• DRM (this will be a yellow folder)

11. Right click the DRM folder.

12. Click Rename

13. Rename the DRM folder to DRM.old

14. Close the EXPLORE windows.

15. Open the Overdrive Media Console software:

16. Click on the "Tools" menu

17. Select "Windows Media Player Security Upgrade"
